What happens during an intensive?
With therapy intensives, you spend uninterrupted time with a therapist to dive deep into the challenges holding you back.
Unlike weekly sessions, these concentrated sessions help you uncover root issues and create lasting change more quickly.
Each day includes focused, private sessions with breaks for reflection, rest, and integration.
Are intensives in-person or virtual?

I take a caring, compassion-focused, and strengths-based approach, which means we’ll focus on what’s already working for you—your resilience, values, and inner strengths—rather than just what feels broken or hard. I specialize in supporting women who give so much to others and are ready to reconnect with themselves. Together, we’ll explore who you are beyond caregiving, release guilt around self-care, and find gentle, practical ways to set boundaries, ease stress, and feel more balanced and confident in your everyday life.

As a mom of four, two who are adults now, I know the joys and challenges of every stage of parenting. With experience teaching, homeschooling, and training in trauma and abuse recovery, I'm here as your ally—offering guidance, practical tools, and a supportive space to help you thrive and find your balance.
